If you’re 15-30 years old and CURRENTLY NOT in school, working, or training, the ASCEND program is here to help you build skills, gain experience, and connect with meaningful work!

✅ 2 weeks of pre-employment training to boost your confidence & skills

✅ 19-21 weeks of paid work experience with a community non-profit sector organization

✅ Support every step of the way to help you gain valuable work experience
