Cape Bear Lighthouse Finalist for National Trust Competition

The Cape Bear Lighthouse has been selected as one of the 12 finalists for this year’s National Trust for Canada’s “The Next Great Save” competition. The Next Great Save invites heritage advocates from coast-to-coast to make a case for a $50,000 cash prize that can help to protect, adapt, renew and improve Canada’s historic places.
Online public voting will take place has begun and ends on May 6th at 8pm local time on the National Trust’s website. Members of the public can vote once per day. THE HISTORIC PLACE WITH THE MOST VOTES WILL WIN AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!! 🙂

Click “Vote Now” under CAPE BEAR LIGHTHOUSE and VOTE for us.
You will need to enter your email address (no worries as your email is not used for any purpose other than your vote). You will be sent a confirmation email, please click on the confirmation email to verify your vote (it may take a few minutes to appear). You must REPEAT the process EACH TIME you VOTE.
