DESCRIPTION:Are you a new Executive Director? \nApplications are now open for the 2026 ED Academy\, a supportive 12-month training program for Executive Directors with less than 3 years in the role. \nED Academy helps new EDs build confidence\, strengthen their leadership approach\, and navigate the realities of nonprofit management\, with practical tools and peer support along the way. \nThe program includes live in-person sessions\, an online learning classroom and community\, monthly virtual sessions\, and 100+ sector-specific tools and templates.
