SUMMARY:CMHA’s 3rd Annual Push-Up Challenge
DESCRIPTION:  \nThis February\, the Canadian Mental Health Association PEI Division (CMHA PEI) is encouraging\nIslanders to push for better mental health by participating in a fitness-based mental health\ninitiative\, The Push-Up Challenge. \nThe Challenge begins on February 5 and runs until February 27. The free event engages people\nin mental health through connection\, physical activity and education while having fun. Participants\nwill take on 2\,000 push-ups across the 23 days\, to remember and honour the approximately 2\,000\nlives that are lost to suicide each day worldwide while raising vital funds for CMHA. \nParticipants can choose to fundraise and support CMHA PEI if they wish. Every dollar raised will\nhelp support Islanders in their recovery from mental illness and foster positive mental health\noutcomes.
