Shared Services Navigator Job Opportunity

 

Organization: Community Sector Network of PEI  

Location: This is a hybrid position, but the person must be living in Prince Edward Island.  

Duration:  Full time 3-year contract 

Salary: $63 000 – $68 000 with flexible benefits package  

Start: As soon as possible

The Community Sector Network of PEI is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to spearhead our shared services program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of shared services, program development, and stakeholder engagement. As the Shared Services Navigator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs and facilitating partnerships between organizations and service providers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Define client selection criteria to ensure alignment with program goals. 
  • Implement standardized processes and workflows for requesting, approving, and delivering shared services, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service delivery. 
  • Conduct interviews with potential participant organizations to identify common service needs. 
  • Identify and vet potential service providers across various domains based on identified needs. 
  • Monitor the implementation process and gather feedback from clients and consultants. 
  • Monitor the performance and utilization of shared services, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 
  • Other duties as required 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.   
  • Strong understanding of shared service concepts and best practices. 
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the development and implementation phase. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.
