Have questions for a nonprofit lawyer?

Join CSNPEI and lawyer Andrew MacDonald for another session of our Legal Lunch and Learn series, this time an Open Q&A on Governance, HR, Contracts, Compliance, and more.

Attendees will be able to write down questions upon registration to the event, as well as ask any questions (anonymously or not) during the Q&A itself.

~ Schedule ~

  • Starting at 12 noon, a nutritious meal will be served for folks to enjoy a well-deserved break and network with other attendees
  • From 1-2, Andrew will host an open Q&A session!
  • At 2 pm, we’ll be wrapping up for the afternoon

 

~ About Andrew ~

Andrew is an Associate with Key Murray Law, and is based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. His practice areas include administrative law; corporate commercial transactions; estates; fisheries law; non-profit corporate law and governance; real estate; residential rental law; and family law.

Andrew grew up in PEl, and holds a B.A., Economics & English Literature, from St. Thomas University, and J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law.

In addition to his legal practice, Andrew is a Commissioner with the Human Rights Commission of PEI, and a Director and member of the Executive on the United Way Maritimes Board of Directors.
