Pre-Budget Consultations for the 2025-26 Operating Budget

Pre-Budget Consultations for the 2025-2026 Operating Budget

Pre-budget consultations are now open, and this is your opportunity to get involved. The operating budget helps government manage resources, including people, programs and services, so that communities have the appropriate support and tools while being fiscally responsible. Engaging Islanders in conversations about their priorities will help ensure the 2025-26 operating budget moves us closer to a brighter, bolder, and better future for all.

How you can participate

Islanders are invited to get involved and share ideas on the direction for the upcoming budget:

The deadline to complete the survey and provide submissions is November 15, 2024.

Submissions will be provided to the responsible department(s).
