  • Starting at 12 noon, a nutritious meal will be served for folks to enjoy a well-deserved break and network with other attendees
  • From 1-2:45, Andrew will lead a workshop on Board Governance and Legal Responsibilities of Directors, with time and space for questions!
  • From 2:45 to 3, we’ll be wrapping up for the afternoon

 

~ About Andrew ~

Andrew is an Associate with Key Murray Law, and is based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. His practice areas include administrative law; corporate commercial transactions; estates; fisheries law; non-profit corporate law and governance; real estate; residential rental law; and family law.

Andrew grew up in PEl, and holds a B.A., Economics & English Literature, from St. Thomas University, and J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law.

In addition to his legal practice, Andrew is a Commissioner with the Human Rights Commission of PEI, and a Director and member of the Executive on the United Way Maritimes Board of Directors.
