Are you a new Executive Director?
Applications are now open for the 2026 ED Academy, a supportive 12-month training program for Executive Directors with less than 3 years in the role.
ED Academy helps new EDs build confidence, strengthen their leadership approach, and navigate the realities of nonprofit management, with practical tools and peer support along the way.
The program includes live in-person sessions, an online learning classroom and community, monthly virtual sessions, and 100+ sector-specific tools and templates. The program begins in April 2026 and applications are open.
