Fox room:

• Capacity: 6 people
• Amenities: portable TV and whiteboard
• Pricing: $10/hour, $50 for 8 hours

Lady Slipper room:

• Capacity: 8 people
• Amenities: portable TV and whiteboard
• Pricing: $10/hour, $50 for 8 hours

Blue Jay boardroom: 

• Capacity: 10 people
• Amenities: kitchenette with sink and mini fridge, TV and whiteboard
• Pricing: $15/hour, $75 for 8 hours

Rotary Auditorium:

• Capacity: up to 150 people seated auditorium style
• Amenities: sound system, 16×8 ft. rectangular tables, 150x chairs, 2x projector and projector screen, 2x podiums with microphones and 2 handheld wireless mics
• Pricing:
  • Half day (up to 4 hours): $125
  • Full Day (up to 8 hours): $250

Community kitchen:

• Capacity: up to 16 people in meeting space
• Amenities: 2×8 ft. tables, chairs, TV for screen sharing, dishwasher, a double sink and a single sink, Bosch oven and stovetop, microwave, fridge and a moveable island
• Pricing: $20/hour

Audio studio A:

• Capacity: 4 people
• Amenities: ZOOM H6 Handy Recorder, 2x Audio Technica AT2040 Dynamic XLR Microphone with popkiller filters, 3x Audio Technica ATH-M50x Headphones, 27-inch iMac with Retina 5k Display, 2x Genelec Speakers, Focusrite Scarlett 18i18 Audio Interface
• Pricing: free up to 2 hours

Audio studio B:

• Capacity: 4 people
• Amenities: soundproof room equipped with chairs and music stands
• Pricing: free up to 2 hours

After hour events with full Rotary Auditorium:

• Booking includes: Rotary Auditorium, community kitchen, Boulevard, and back terrace
• Pricing:
