Job opportunity: Learning and Engagement Facilitator

The Alliance for Mental Well-Being is looking for a Learning and Engagement Facilitator to join our team in Charlottetown. This full-time, one-year term position (with the possibility of extension) offers a salary range of $65,975 – $70,035 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
The Facilitator will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences across PEI, helping participants deepen their understanding of brain development and apply this knowledge to foster stronger mental well-being in their communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is:
- A skilled communicator and confident group facilitator
- Passionate about adult learning and mental well-being
- Experienced in creating supportive, inclusive, and trauma-informed learning spaces
